Just found out im expecting and honestly im clueless about diet. Everyone is giving different advice at home and im getting confused matlab what to eat what to avoid. Can you all share what your daily food looks like?
During pregnancy, I focused on high-fiber foods to prevent constipation, which was really important, especially leading up to and recovering from my C-section. Lots of veggies, whole grains, and plenty of water really helped.
Oh, the eating phase! It felt like I was constantly hungry or constantly nauseous. Focus on nutrient-dense foods – lots of fruits, veggies, whole grains, and good protein. But honestly, also listen to your body and indulge in some cravings in moderation; it's okay!
Khana bohot important hai is time. Eat pure and healthy food, lots of fruits, vegetables, and milk. It's for your well-being and the baby's blessings. Stay positive and believe in the good you are doing for your child.
I felt so much pressure to eat perfectly, but then my gynac said to just focus on a balanced diet. I made sure to eat plenty of greens, good protein like paneer and dal, and seasonal fruits. It felt good knowing I was nourishing my baby.
For me, after IVF, diet was a huge focus. My doctor stressed a balanced diet rich in folate, iron, calcium, and protein. Lots of leafy greens, lentils, dairy, and lean proteins are excellent. Hydration is also key.
