This line keeps coming in my head while we are trying for baby and I am trying to stay positive. Some days I feel hopeful, some days fully low after seeing negative tests. Does mindset really help anyone in this journey?
Nice motivation but i'd say balance it. Positive thinking reduces stress which is genuinely good in pregnancy, science backs that. Just dont skip the real things like nutrition and your gynac visits thinking mindset will cover it.
Haha yes and no yaar. Thinking positive is great but dont put pressure on urself that ur thoughts have to fix everything. Just be kind to ur own mind, thats enough.
There is truth in it beta, a calm hopeful mind does help the body. But achieve dosent mean control everything, some things are just life. Hold the hope, leave the rest.
I used to repeat positive lines too but when my anxiety was bad, nothing felt achievable and thats okay also. Some days the mind cant conceive much and you just rest. Be gentle with urself, dont treat this like a rule you failed.
I really believe in this honestly. During my pregnancy I kept telling myself baby is healthy and all is well, it kept me calm. Just stay positive but also keep up your checkups na, both matter.
It helped me a lot to think this way, especially during our IVF journey when hope was the only thing some days. But I'll be honest, mindset alone isnt magic, the doctors and the medical part matter too. Both together carried me through.
