Just got my positive test, im so happy but bohot nervous also since this is my first time. I keep reading random things online and getting confused matlab what all should I stay away from this early. pls share from ur experience yaar.
It's crucial to be mindful, especially with food. Beyond the obvious like alcohol and raw meat, I'd say really limit sugary drinks and highly processed foods from day one. Even though I developed gestational diabetes later, looking back, controlling sugar intake early on would have been smart. Check with your doctor on specific dietary restrictions.
Beta, shuru ke mahine mein na, sabse pehle toh sharab aur bidi-paan se dur rehna chahiye. Bahar ka khana jo accha se paka nahi hai, jaise kache ande ya kacha maas, woh bhi nahi khaana. Ghar ka saaf suthra khana khao aur doctor jo goli dein, woh lena. Zyadah bhaag-daud mat karna.
First month mein sabse important hai healthy rehena, kyunki yeh tests aur doctor visits ka kharcha bohot hota hai aage! So avoid anything risky – no alcohol, no smoking, no raw eggs/meat. Try to avoid unnecessary outside food to prevent any stomach issues. Save yourself from those unplanned doc visits!
Oh, my dear, I totally understand that feeling of wanting to do everything perfectly for your little one right from the start. In the first month, just focus on avoiding alcohol, smoking, and recreational drugs. Also, stay away from raw or undercooked foods and unpasteurized dairy. It’s all about creating a safe little nest for your baby.
Dekho, didi, first month mein simple funda hai. No alcohol, no smoking. Kacha doodh, kacha non-veg, sushi yeh sab mat khaana. Bahar ka junk food bhi thoda avoid karna. Aur haan, koi bhi strong medicines bina doc se puche mat lena. Bas itna dhyaan rakhogi toh sab theek rahega.
This is so timely! I'm in my first month too and constantly confused. So basically no street food, no raw stuff... what about caffeine, like one small coffee? My gynac just said 'everything in moderation' but I'm still super cautious.
