We just started trying this month and im a bit clueless honestly. My friend told me to lie down for some time after, but i dont know if thats true ya just a myth. Anyone who conceived recently pls share what u actually did?
We had a really long journey with multiple losses, so we eventually had to see a fertility specialist. Honestly, normal tips didn't work for us and we needed medical guidance. If you've been trying for a while, please talk to a good doctor rather than trying random internet tips, it saves a lot of time.
Honestly yaar, at this stage I can barely roll over in bed, let alone worry about post-sex hacks! But when we were trying, I just used to lie down for 15-20 mins, put a pillow under my hip, and scroll on my phone. No need to do headstands or anything crazy, trust me, it works without the gymnastics.
Haha, double trouble here! We didn't do anything super fancy, just lay there for 10 minutes talking about random stuff. My gynac said sperm moves fast anyway, so dont stress. Though looking at my twins, maybe we were a bit too relaxed, lol!
I am in my 5th month now and remember tracking everything so obsessively. I used to keep lying down for almost an hour after intercourse because I was so scared everything would leak out. Did anyone else also feel this constant anxiety or is it just me?
Actually, when we started planning, I directly booked an appointment at Apollo Cradle and asked my doctor all these doubts. The nursing staff and the doctor were so sweet and gave me a proper list of what to do and what to avoid. It’s always best to ask your hospital team directly so you get proper science-based answers.
With my little one now sleeping next to me, those trying days feel so far away. Honestly, just lie down comfortably for 10-15 minutes after you are done. There's no need to rush to the washroom immediately, just relax and let nature do its thing.
