Im in my third trimester and really hoping for a normal delivery, my first was a c section. Everyone gives different advice on diet and im confused. What did you eat that helped, pls share.
I had a normal delivery and honestly there's no magic food, I just ate balanced, lots of fruits, veggies, dal, curd and stayed active with walking. Food helps your overall health but delivery type depends on many things doctors watch. Just eat well and stay moving if doctor allows.
Food matters but movement matters too, I focused on protein, iron rich stuff and fibre, plus daily walks and some prenatal yoga that my doctor cleared. Eating well kept my energy and weight in check. But please only do exercise your own doctor okays.
You dont need expensive superfoods for this. Simple desi food, dal chawal, sabzi, seasonal fruits, eggs, dahi all does the job. I ate plain home food in both pregnancies. Save the money for the delivery and baby stuff instead.
Eat a proper balanced thali, protein, iron, calcium, fruits, enough water, and dont overeat thinking you're eating for two. That's a myth. Normal delivery depends on baby position, your health and luck honestly, not just diet. Stay active and let the doctor guide.
Sweetheart, eat healthy and varied, take your iron and calcium, drink water, walk a little daily if allowed. But please dont put pressure on yourself that one food decides normal delivery, it doesnt. Trust your body and your doctor's monitoring.
Beta eat fresh home food, ghee in moderation, good greens, fruits and stay hydrated. Our elders also believed in light activity and not lying around all day. But remember na, no food guarantees normal delivery, that the doctor decides, you just keep your body healthy.
