Main toh bas simple khichdi aur dahi pe jee rahi hoon aajkal, baby bada ho gaya hai toh acidity bohot hoti hai! But honestly, starting mein daal, paneer, aur dry fruits khao. Maze karo jab tak heavy weight feel nahi hota!
Mujhe bado ne bataya hai ki kela, dahi, aur dal-chawal khana bahut accha hota hai. Green vegetables aur doodh bhi daily lena chahiye. Mai bhi abhi se ye sab try kar rahi hoon taaki aage help mile.

Simple rule rakho: protein aur iron rich food khao. Daal, andey, paneer, aur palak sabji bahut acchi hoti hain. Junk food bilkul kam kar do aur agar constipation ho toh paani aur fruits zyada khao.
