Just entered my 2nd month and the nausea is making eating so hard. whatever i eat i feel like throwing up. what worked for u all in this phase? need some easy ideas pls.

Take it easy, dear. If you are having severe morning sickness, don't force yourself to eat heavy meals; just have small portions of dry toast, milk, and apple slices whenever you feel okay.
Focus on foods rich in folic acid and iron, like green leafy veggies, pomegranate, and dry fruits. Also, eat small meals every 2 hours to beat the morning sickness.
