Oh, the fifth month is such a beautiful phase of pregnancy! I remember feeling my baby's first little kicks around this time. Just focus on eating fresh ghar ka khaana, plenty of fruits, and dont stress too much about the weight gain. Enjoy every moment.
Honestly, 5th month is the best! My severe nausea finally went away and now I just want to eat all the time. I am craving slightly spicy things like homemade bhajiyas or just some dry fruit laddoos my MIL made. Eat whatever you can digest, but try to keep it a bit healthy.
I've been eating lots of sprouts, boiled chana, and fruits like apples for energy. To keep up with this, I do light prenatal yoga and 20 mins of daily walking, but only because my doc gave me a green signal. Always ask your gynac first before doing any exercise.

My gynac specifically told me to focus on iron and calcium during the second trimester. So, I make sure to have spinach soup, paneer, and lots of milk daily. She also said to avoid papaya and raw papaya strictly.
