Just found out im pregnant, barely 5 weeks. My mom keeps explaining in hindi what to eat but i forget half of it. Can someone simply list what is good in the starting month? thoda overwhelmed right now.
Arey, zyada stress mat lo yaar! First month mein bas simple ghar ka khana khao, jaise daal, chawal, dahi aur green veggies. Jo bhi digest ho sake wahi khao aur folic acid tablets lena mat bhoolna.
Mera baby ab toddler hai aur main peeche mudkar dekhti hoon toh lagta hai hum kitna darte hain starting mein. First month mein bas halka aur nutritious khao jaise fruits, khichdi aur dhoodh. Vomiting jaisa lage toh thoda nimbu paani pi lena, sab theek ho jayega.
Meri saas aur mummy toh mujhe ghee ke laddoo aur dhoodh peene ko bolti thi pehle hi month se! Par starting mein thoda light khana hi sahi rehta hai jaise kheer, dahi aur fruits. Bahar ka oily khana bilkul avoid karna.
