I'm in my first trimester and noticed some light spotting today, which has made me very anxious. Is any amount of bleeding normal during early pregnancy, or should I be worried?
Everyone in my ghar is suddenly telling me to eat khajoor, but nobody can actually tell me why haha. Is it for energy or iron or kuch aur? just curious what dates actually do for us during pregnancy.

Doc ne mujhe NST karwane bola for next week and I have no idea what it is. Im 36 weeks now. Is it painful or just normal monitoring type thing? someone who has done it pls tell.
Noticed some swelling down there for the last couple days and im about a week before my period is due. Feeling slightly embarrassed to ask but i genuinely dont know if its a pregnancy thing. Anyone else had this?
