Hello, my doctor said I need to gain a bit more weight for a healthy pregnancy. What kind of foods should I eat to safely increase my weight while pregnant? I want nutritious options.
Mera toh weight bilkul nahi badh raha tha 4th month tak, main itna darr gayi thi. Phir doctor ne kaha ki roz dahi, paneer aur dry fruits khao, tab jaake dheere dheere badha. Aap tension mat lo, dhire dhire sahi weight ho jata hai.
Pregnancy me safe aur healthy weight gain ke liye complex carbs aur protein pe dhyan do. Daily paneer, eggs, pulses aur aalu/shakarkand khao. Junk food khaakar weight mat badhana, woh baby ke liye nutritious nahi hota.
Idhar-udhar ke nuskhe mat try karo. Apne meal me protein badhao, jaise boiled eggs, paneer, dal, aur dahi. Dinner thoda jaldi karo aur junk food bilkul band kar do, simple weight badhega.
Weight badhana hai toh mere twins mere se tips le lo, haha! Mazak se hatke, roz peanut butter, ragi chilla, aur khajur khaya karo. Do logon ke liye weight badhana mushkil nahi hai agar protein achha ho toh.
Ghar ka simple khana khao par thoda dhyan se. Roz do kela khao doodh ke sath, aur dal-chawal me ek chammach ghee dalkar khao, isse weight aasani se aur bina faltu kharche ke badhta hai.
