Just entered my 2nd month and honestly i have no idea what's coming next. First time so everything feels new and thoda scary. Can someone share what changes u noticed around this time?
It's okay to feel a mix of excitement and anxiety at 2 months. You might be feeling very tired, maybe some nausea, and your emotions can be all over the place. Validate those feelings. This is a big transition, and your body is doing incredible things. Don't worry if you don't 'glow' yet.
Oh, 2 months, that's still quite early! Expect a lot of fatigue, seriously you'll want to sleep all the time. Nausea might start or get worse. Your body is doing so much work internally. Try to rest whenever you can and don't push yourself too hard. It's a huge change.
By 2 months, the main things are usually tiredness, nausea (morning sickness), and maybe a bit of bloating. Keep track of your symptoms, eat simple, bland food if you're nauseous. And remember to schedule your first few doctor appointments. That's the most important step.
Two months in? Get ready for the fatigue to hit you like a truck, and then the nausea joins the party! With twins, it felt like double the symptoms, double the fun (not really, haha). Just try to eat whatever you can keep down and nap whenever possible. Your body is basically building a human right now!
For me, at 2 months, the nausea was really kicking in, and I was SO tired, like all the time. My breasts were also very sore. I kept wondering if these feelings were normal or if I should be worried. Did anyone else feel completely exhausted and a bit sick to their stomach at that point?
At 2 months, you might start feeling more significant morning sickness and fatigue. It's also when you should really start focusing on a balanced diet. I had gestational diabetes, so I learned early on how critical diet is. Avoid sugary drinks and processed foods, and focus on small, frequent meals.
