Got my positive test last week and im so happy but also clueless about the dates. My cycles are a bit irregular so I genuinely have no idea when it actually happened. How do you figure out the ovulation n conception day?
Ovulation usually happens around the middle of your cycle, roughly two weeks before your next period was due. I used an app that estimated my ovulation and conception window from my last period date. But the dating scan gives the most accurate answer.
For a regular cycle, you likely ovulated around mid cycle and conceived in those fertile days. It is always an estimate without tracking. Your first scan will pin down the dates more precisely.
