Im 17 weeks with my first and i keep poking at my belly waiting to feel something lol. Still nothing so far and im getting a little impatient. When did u first feel those flutters?
I felt the first little flutters around 20 weeks with my first, like tiny bubbles, I wasnt even sure it was the baby at first. Then it became proper kicks and oh that feeling, nothing like it.
I'm 19 weeks and just started feeling these tiny flutters, was anyone else this late to feel it? I kept worrying but my doc said its normal range, first timers feel it a bit later apparently.
First baby usually around 18-22 weeks, second time you feel it earlier because you know what it is. Dont worry if its later, depends on your placenta position too. It picks up clearly after.
My gynac said quickening, the first movement, is typically felt between 16 and 22 weeks, and an anterior placenta can delay when you feel it. Once you cross into the third trimester she said to start counting kicks daily.
