This is kind of a basic doubt but im just starting to track my cycle properly to plan a baby. Im a bit confused about which exact days are the right time. Can someone explain how it actually works?
I was confused about this too! So it's during the fertile window na, not just any day? My gynac explained it nicely when I went, maybe ask yours to walk you through your cycle.
Conception happens when the egg meets sperm around ovulation, which is mid cycle for most. Nothing to overthink, just know your fertile days. A doctor can help you map it if your periods are not regular.
It's usually around ovulation, roughly the middle of your cycle. I used a tracker app and it showed my fertile window, made it so much easier to understand. Doctor can confirm your exact pattern though if cycles are irregular.
Around your ovulation days, that's when egg releases. For a 28 day cycle it's roughly day 14 but it varies a lot. Don't go fully by the textbook number, every body is different.
