I think im about 6 weeks and the soreness and heaviness has already started, even my bra feels tight now. Is this normal this early or does it usually start later? Just want to know what to expect ahead.
For me the soreness started in the first few weeks, then the area around the nipple darkened later on. By the end my body was already getting ready for feeding. Its all part of the process, totally normal.
I felt the tenderness and heaviness really early, even before my missed period. It was one of my first hints something was up. They grew quite a bit by the second trimester for me.
Mine started feeling sore around 5 weeks and I got a bit worried it was something else. Glad to hear its an early normal change. Did anyone else feel them grow fast in the first months?
