Im 3 days before my period and so tempted to take a home test already. Dont want to waste a kit if its too soon though. After how many days does it actually show in the urine test?
Usually hcg shows in urine around the time of your missed period, so roughly 12-14 days after ovulation. I tracked mine on an app and tested the day after my period was late, got a faint line. Morning urine is best, its more concentrated.
I was wondering the same thing actually. So if I test before my period is due it might not show even if I am pregnant? Thank u for asking this, was too shy to ask anyone.
Actually it appears in urine little later than in blood yaar. Blood test catches it earlier, urine kit needs more hcg. So if u r impatient go for beta hcg blood test, otherwise wait few days and use first morning pee.
It takes a few days after implantation for hcg to build up enough in urine to show. Testing too early gives false negative, that confused me first time. Best to wait till at least the day your period is due.
Give it time, the hcg slowly rises after the embryo implants. Most kits work well by the day your period is missed. No rush, test when you're a bit late and it will be clearer.
