After your missed period, ideally about a week later, with morning urine. Testing earlier just causes confusion with faint lines. Wait for the missed period and it is much more reliable.
Just wait till your period is actually late, then test in the morning. Testing too soon only stresses you out yaar. Be patient, it gives a clearer answer.
