When milk comes in pregnancy?

first pregnancy and im just curious about this. when does the milk usually start coming, during pregnancy itself ya only after delivery? noticed a little change in my breasts so wondering. pls share ur experience.

Haan, thoda yellow fluid ya leakage ho sakta hai 7th ya 8th month me na. But actual breast milk delivery ke 2-3 days baad hi aata hai.

Actually yaar, proper milk comes only after delivery, but some yellow fluid called colostrum can leak in the 2nd or 3rd trimester. It's totally normal.

Do ask your gynac about breast changes during your regular thyroid checkups. A little leakage near the end is quite common.

I only got proper milk on the third day after my baby was born, but I did notice a few dry drops on my bra during the last trimester.
