I've heard some things online and now I'm worried. Can sperm somehow cause a miscarriage, especially in the early stages of pregnancy? My husband and I are confused about this.
Everyone keeps telling me to walk for easy delivery. Im in 7th month, but how much is enough na? Dont want to overdo it. How many mins do u all walk daily?
