Delivered my baby 2 months back and still no period. Im breastfeeding fully. Just curious when it usually comes back so I know whats normal, anyone share ur experience?
For me, after my C-section, it took a while, almost 8 months, because I was exclusively breastfeeding. Recovery ke time pe toh it was the last thing on my mind, honestly. Everyone's body is different, especially after surgery, so give yourself time.
Oh, this is such a good question! I'm still pregnant right now, and I keep wondering about this too. I've heard it can be really different for everyone, especially if you breastfeed. So how does it actually feel when they start after so long?
Knowing when periods return is actually important for family planning, na? Mine started after about 6 months, when I started solids for baby and reduced breastfeeding. It's also good to keep track because then you know when you might need to buy feminine hygiene products again, saves you some last-minute expenses.
I felt so confused when my periods didn't come back for ages after delivery! I was exclusively breastfeeding, and then suddenly, at 7 months, boom, they arrived. It was quite a shock, my body felt so different after all those months. It's a journey of rediscovering your body.
Periods? What are those? 😂 With twins, I felt like my body was just constantly running a marathon, and periods were put on indefinite hold! Mine only came back around 9 months postpartum, after I stopped breastfeeding completely. It felt like a lifetime, honestly, but also a nice break from monthly worries!
