When to check pregnancy after implantation bleeding?

Hi ladies, I had some light spotting a few days ago, which I think might have been implantation bleeding. I'm really anxious to find out if I'm pregnant. How long should I wait after implantation bleeding to take a home pregnancy test for accurate results?
