When to do ultrasound after positive pregnancy test?

Got my positive on the home test two days back and im so excited but also nervous. Not sure when is the right time to go for the first scan, dont want to go too early. When did you all do yours?

My doctor called me in around 7 weeks for the first ultrasound to check heartbeat and that its inside the uterus. Too early and they cant see much. So fix an appointment first and let ur gynac time the scan.
