Im 9 weeks and feeling okay mostly, just the morning nausea. Want to stay active but scared of doing too much too soon. Is it fine to start walking now or should i wait a bit?
I started gentle walking right from first trimester but only after my gynac said it was fine for me. Just easy 20-30 min walks, nothing intense. Definitely confirm with your doc first because every pregnancy is different.
Walking helped me a lot, I did it almost daily till the end and had a normal delivery. Nothing fancy, just slow walks in the evening. It kept me feeling lighter and my mood better.
I just walked during my office breaks, 10 min here and there since I had no time otherwise. It still counts honestly. Start whenever doctor allows and keep it simple.
