Aw I get wanting some answer to hold on to. But dont put your hopes on numbers yaar. Stay relaxed, track your cycle, and dont stress too much, stress itself doesnt help. It'll happen, hang in there.

No number can predict conception honestly. What actually helps is knowing your fertile window and being healthy. If you've been trying a while without luck, a quick gynac visit is worth it for both of you.
