Amma made me eat lots of curd rice, ragi and seasonal fruits, kept things light on the tummy. I trusted that plus my doctors diet chart. Home food really is the best in this time.
U dont need fancy expensive foods honestly. Eggs, bananas, peanuts, seasonal veggies and milk are cheap and packed with nutrition. I ate simple and my reports were all good.
Keep it simple and balanced, dal, roti, sabzi, milk, fruits, eggs if u eat them, plus dry fruits. Folic acid and iron rich foods like greens and dates are great. Whatever ur gynac prescribes, take that regularly.
