Im trying to add more fluids and fruits in my diet these days. Mostly i feel like having something fresh in the morning. Which juices did u all find good and energising during pregnancy?
Fresh orange, pomegranate and beetroot juice are all lovely, my family kept pomegranate for blood. I always had them fresh and not too sweet. Homemade and fresh is best, na, avoid the packed ones.
Juices are nutritious but they spike sugar fast since the fiber is gone, so I had to be careful and mostly ate whole fruit instead. If you have any sugar concern, keep juice small and check with your doctor. Otherwise fresh pomegranate or orange is nice.
Pomegranate for iron, orange for vit C, coconut water for hydration, all good. Just make them fresh at home, skip the bottled sugary ones. And honestly eating the whole fruit is even better.
