My doctor prescribed Argiprime and Ecospirin tablets for me during my pregnancy. I just wanted to double-check if it's safe to take Argiprime along with Ecospirin tablet while pregnant.
Im in my 2nd trimester and everyone keeps telling me to start prenatal yoga but honestly i dont even know what exactly it means. Is it different from normal yoga or just some special poses for pregnant women? Curious how it actually helps.

Got my first set of blood tests done and the report has so many values, i cant make out whats normal and whats not. Will show doc anyway but want to understand a little myself.
