Im in my 7th month and noticed nothing yet from the breasts. Just curious when does the milk actually start, kis month me? first pregnancy so everything is new for me.
Haan, vaise toh delivery ke baad hi asli milk aata hai na, par 7th ya 8th month me thoda yellow sa paani leak ho sakta hai. Bilkul ghabrana mat, ye ekdum normal hai. Sabke saath hota hai!
According to my pregnancy tracker, your breasts actually start producing colostrum (early milk) as early as the second trimester, around week 16-20! You might notice some tiny leaking or dry yellow crust. It's totally normal and just your body prepping early.
I had some complications and premature leaking, so I had to be very careful. If you notice heavy leaking or any pain and redness in your breasts, please consult your doctor immediately. It's always safer to let your gynac check and advise.
It is so beautiful how our bodies prepare for our long-awaited miracle. Some moms see a few drops in the 8th or 9th month, while many only get milk 2-3 days after the baby is born. Every journey is unique and absolutely perfect, so don't worry at all.
With both my babies, my breast milk only properly came in about 2 to 3 days after delivery. Before that, it's just tiny drops of yellow colostrum which is super healthy for the baby. Just stay calm, the body knows exactly what to do when baby arrives.
My body started preparing around the 7th month, and I noticed tiny spots. I kept up with my light walks and chest stretches only after my doctor allowed it, which really helped with overall blood circulation. Don't worry if you don't see anything yet, it's very normal.
For some moms, it starts leaking a bit in the late second or third trimester, while for others it only comes after birth. Please don't worry or try to squeeze your breasts, as it can cause contractions. Just be very gentle with yourself.
