Third trimester chal raha hai and im struggling to find a comfy position at night. Back pe lying feels weird now and i keep turning. What position do u all sleep in, anyone else facing this?
Sleeping on your left side is the best position, hands down. It improves blood flow to the placenta and the baby. Buy a proper C-shaped pregnancy pillow, it makes a huge difference and stops you from rolling onto your back.
When I was pregnant, I felt so connected to my baby whenever I slept on my left side, tucking a soft pillow between my knees. It was the only position that gave me and my little one some peaceful sleep without back pain.
I completely understand how stressful it is to constantly worry about your sleeping position, I used to stay awake thinking I’d hurt the baby. But honestly, sleeping on your left side is highly recommended. Just use pillows to support your back so you can relax.
Haan na, left side pe sona sabse best hai, digestion bhi acha hota hai usse. Right side okay hai occasionally, but back pe bilkul mat sona, especially after 5 months. Pillows ka support leke soya karo, comfortable lagega.
My mother told me to sleep on my side to avoid pressure on the back, and my doctor also confirmed that left side is the safest. It helps in better blood circulation to the baby. Use a small pillow under your tummy if you feel heavy.
I am currently in my second trimester and my doctor told me to sleep only on my left side now. But I keep waking up on my back and it makes me worry so much! Does anyone else also struggle to stay on their side all night?
