I'm trying to understand the entire process of pregnancy from the very beginning. Can anyone explain simply how pregnancy actually starts, from conception to implantation? I want to know more.
My period is late by a week and everyone says missed period is the first sign. But im a bit confused matlab how is it different from just being late normally? Pls explain, im new to all this.

Im 11 weeks and the throwing up is just not stopping, cant eat anything properly. So tired of it yaar. When did it finally calm down for you all?
