Which type of bleeding is normal in early pregnancy?

I noticed some light pinkish spotting today and i panicked a bit because im only 5 weeks. It stopped soon but im still worried. Just want to understand what kind of bleeding is okay and when to actually rush to the doctor.

My doctor said light spotting, pinkish or brownish, around the time of expected period can be implantation and is often okay. But bright red bleeding with cramps she told me to report immediately.

Please be careful, I had spotting and ignored it once and it turned out I needed monitoring. Any bleeding, even light, just message or call your gynac to be safe.
