Im in early weeks and keep getting these mild cramps on and off, feels a bit like period type. Its not painful really but it makes me anxious every single time. Is this just a normal pregnancy thing or something to keep an eye on?
Don't be scared beta, a little cramping is part of pregnancy as everything inside is rearranging. Drink water, walk slowly. Anything intense, ring your doctor okay.
Light cramping like period feeling is common, my mother said it means baby is settling in. Stay hydrated and rest. If it gets strong or you see bleeding then doctor immediately.
I used to freak out over every little cramp, mere saath bhi yahi tha. Most of the time its normal stretching. But honestly if its sharp or with bleeding pls call your doc right away.
Mild cramps early on are usually just your uterus stretching and growing, very normal. Later it can be from baby moving or round ligament. Nothing to panic about if its mild.
My gynac explained the uterus muscles and ligaments stretch as it grows, thats the cramp. Gas and constipation in pregnancy also cause cramp like pain. She said only worry if its severe or one-sided with bleeding.
