Why do i have frequent headaches during pregnancy?
Im in my second trimester and getting headaches almost every other day, kabhi morning kabhi evening. Never had this issue before pregnancy. Is it normal or should i mention it to my gynac? Anyone else faced this?
I remember getting so many headaches and it made me really anxious! It's super common though, often due to hormones, lack of sleep, or even mild dehydration. Try to relax, drink plenty of water, and get some rest. If they're really bad or don't go away, please check with your doctor, just to be on the safe side.
Oh, headaches! I had them a lot, probably because my body was working double time for two babies, haha! Seriously though, dehydration and fluctuating hormones are usually the culprits. Try cold compresses, resting in a dark room, and keep sipping water. And yes, talk to your doc, always.
Beta, pregnancy mein thoda sar dard toh ho hi jaata hai, hormones ki wajah se. Thanda patta gobi (cabbage) le ke forehead pe rakhna kabhi kabhi help karta hai. Aur haan, chai coffee thoda kam kar dena. Lekin agar zyada takleef ho, toh doctor se zaroor poochna, koi risk nahi lena chahiye.
Hahaha, welcome to the club! Your hormones are basically throwing a party in your head and sometimes it feels like a bad hangover without the fun part. 😂 Hydration, rest, and maybe asking your partner for a gentle head massage usually help. If it's really bad, your doc might have some safe remedies.
I had headaches too during my pregnancy, especially in the first few months. My doctor told me it's normal because of all the changes. Try to relax, and avoid screens for too long. If they get too intense or you feel dizzy, definitely call your gynac. After my C-section, I was extra careful about any pain, so I know how worrying it can be.

Always ensure you're hydrating well and resting. If you're concerned or the pain is severe, it's always best to discuss it with your doctor. They can give you the best advice.
Hmm, headaches could be from so many things - dehydration, stress, hormones, or even eye strain. I used to worry about everything! Make sure you're resting properly and drinking enough water. But really, if it's too much, call your doctor. It's always better to be safe than sorry, even for small things.
Frequent headaches during pregnancy are common. They can be caused by hormonal shifts, increased blood volume, fatigue, or even stress. Ensuring you drink enough water and get adequate rest can help. However, if they are persistent, severe, or accompanied by visual disturbances, it's crucial to consult your doctor to rule out other issues.
