I am only 6 weeks but my stomach feels full and tight like I ate too much. Jeans are already uncomfortable and it feels strange so early. Is bloating this much common?
For me it was worst when I ate fast at work. Slowed down, drank more water, walked a little after lunch and the bloating reduced. Hormones do most of it but small habits help honestly.
Beta this is very common in starting months. Thoda ajwain water or jeera water after meals helped many in our family for the gas feeling. But if pain is sharp or constant then show the doctor.
Omg I felt so bloated in the early weeks, looked pregnant before I even showed lol. My gynac said its the hormones slowing digestion. Anyone else felt like a balloon in the first couple months?
It's mostly the progesterone hormone, it slows ur gut down so gas builds up. Eat slowly, smaller meals, avoid too much fried and gassy stuff. Worked better for me than eating big plates.
My tracker app actually flagged bloating as a common first trimester thing, its the rising progesterone relaxing ur digestive muscles. Less spicy food and more water sorted mine out mostly.
