Why my periods cycle extend just after start to conceive?
Ever since we started trying my cycle has gotten longer, like 5-6 din extra. Earlier it was always regular na, so this is new for me. Is this normal when you start trying to conceive?
Ugh, the body plays all sorts of tricks when you're trying to conceive, doesn't it? If your cycle is extending, it could actually be a sign of early pregnancy, like a delayed period. Or sometimes, it could just be stress from trying, which also messes with cycles. Best to take a home test after a good delay, or just see your gynac. My body totally confused me too in the beginning!
Ah, the confusion of those trying-to-conceive days! I remember my cycle being all over the place too. Sometimes, a delayed period or extended cycle is the first sign of pregnancy itself, as your body starts preparing. Other times, the emotional rollercoaster of trying to conceive can actually affect your hormones and period dates. Just breathe, track your cycle, and take a home test if it's significantly delayed. It's all part of the journey.
Beta, when you are trying to conceive, your body goes through so many changes even before you know for sure. Sometimes, just the hormonal shifts happening, especially when an egg is fertilized, can make your cycle extend, meaning your period gets delayed. It could be an early sign of pregnancy. Don't worry too much, just keep track and maybe take a test after a few days if your period is very late.
When you're trying to conceive, every little change feels significant, but don't rush into expensive doctor visits just yet. If your cycle is extending, it's either because you're pregnant and your period is simply not coming, or it could be stress or hormonal fluctuations. Wait for at least 7-10 days past your expected period, then take a home pregnancy test. If it's negative and still no period, then maybe visit the gynac to save on costs.
Yaar, our bodies are so weird sometimes, actually! When you start trying to conceive, sometimes your cycle can extend for a few reasons. One, it could actually be an early sign of pregnancy and your period just isn't coming. Two, sometimes the stress of *trying* to conceive can also throw your cycle off balance. Best to wait a week or so after your expected date, then take a pregnancy test. Good luck!
