Getting this dull ache low in my pelvis on and off, im around 20 weeks now. Its not unbearable but it makes me uneasy every time. Planning to mention it to my gynac but wanted to know if others felt the same.
Some pelvic discomfort is normal from stretching and pressure. BUT if its sharp, very intense, comes with bleeding, or feels rhythmic like contractions, please call your gynac right away. Dont sit on strong pelvic pain.
Beta as the baby grows it presses down, so a heavy pulling feeling is common. Rest a little, dont lift heavy things, sit with support. But if the pain is strong or sudden, show your doctor without delay.
For me it got worse after long hours on my feet at work. Sitting with a cushion, short breaks and not rushing the stairs helped. Its mostly normal pressure, but mention it at your next checkup so the doc confirms its nothing more.
Mostly its your ligaments stretching and the baby putting pressure as it grows, super common especially later on. Both times I felt that achy heaviness down there. A maternity belt and not standing too long really helped me.
I get this pulling pelvic ache when I turn in bed or stand up fast, freaked me out at first. My doc said its normal ligament stretching. Anyone else feels it more on one side? Mine is mostly the right.
