Down with viral fever since yesterday, around 100 and im 3 months along. Cant stop thinking if this is harming the baby. Will check with my doctor but wanted to hear from others who had fever during preg.
I got a fever once and felt so worried. My doctor gave me a safe medicine and asked me to rest and stay hydrated. It passed fine, but i would never self treat it.
Beta keep yourself cool with a sponge and drink fluids, but a high fever needs the doctor. In our home we never delayed calling for fever in pregnancy. Take care na.
A high fever during pregnancy should not be ignored, please call your gynac for the right medicine. Dont take random tablets on your own. They will tell you a safe one and what to monitor.
