I know how hard it is to stay calm when you want a baby so badly. Even after my C-section, I realized how much healing depends on a peaceful mind. Try taking gentle walks with your partner and sharing your thoughts openly with him.
In our family, elders always say to listen to peaceful music like MS Subbulakshmi songs and keep a calm mind. It keeps both mother and baby relaxed. But of course, trust your doctor's medical advice above everything else for your routine.
Haan na, starting me we get so scared of every small pressure. Baby is very safe inside, but try taking steam for relief so u feel better.
For me it started almost immediately in the first month itself, hormones change so fast. But honestly please check with your gynac once, they might prescribe a safe syrup. Don't take any random laxatives from medical store, not safe right now.
Between work stress and exhaustion, finding time and energy is hard. But yes, physically it is safe and can actually help release stress, provided your gynac has cleared you. Just communicate openly with your partner.
