Honestly, I felt like a zombie with low BP. Keeping some salty chips on my bedside table was my savior. Just drink tons of water and rest as much as you can.
I had the biggest pizza cravings when I was pregnant and used to put so much oregano on it. My toddler is perfectly healthy today! Just enjoy it as a seasoning on your food, it is completely harmless in normal amounts.
Actually, hormones can cause a lot of bloating which makes you feel full even without eating much. Try eating very small meals multiple times instead of big plates. It saves on food waste and keeps acidity away too.
Soda actually helped me a lot when I felt super nauseous and couldn't keep water down. A few sips of chilled plain soda with a squeeze of fresh lemon worked wonders. Just don't overdo it as it can cause acidity later.
I am in my 6th month and my belly has started itching so badly lately! Is it just stretching skin or something else? Have you tried applying coconut oil, or should I ask my doctor about this?
