Panadol is paracetamol, which my doctor said is usually the preferred choice in pregnancy for fever or pain. But she stressed only when needed and at the right dose, not casually. Please confirm with your own gynac before taking.
Use the first morning urine, that's when it shows best. Collect in a clean cup, put 2-3 drops in the well and wait 5 mins. Two lines means positive, one line means negative.
