Beta in our home we always took a little chyawanprash for immunity, but pregnancy is a bit different. It can be warming for the body, so I'd say only a small amount and not daily. Best to just ask your doctor once before continuing.
Heartburn was my enemy especially at night. I ate small frequent meals, avoided spicy and oily food, and didnt lie down right after eating. Propping up with pillows while sleeping really helped me.
Usually later in pregnancy, last few months. Totally normal.
Morning, first urine of the day, always. It is the most concentrated so hcg shows up clearest. Evening urine is diluted from drinking water all day and can give a faint or false result.
