I'm pregnant for the first time, and I'll be having my scans soon. Can someone explain in simple terms how scanning is generally done during pregnancy? I'm curious about the process.
Im trying to cut down on sugar this pregnancy and someone suggested stevia instead. But im not sure if these sweeteners are ok for baccha. Has anyone used it?

I love arbi ki sabzi but someone told me it causes too much gas and is heavy in pregnancy. Im 5 months. Is it actually fine to eat or should i avoid it?
Im around 6 weeks and keep getting these small pulling pains, sometimes lower down sometimes more to the side. just trying to understand where exactly the normal early pregnancy pain is supposed to be so i dont panic over every twinge. will mention it to my gynac too.
