Im newly pregnant and everyone keeps asking what im craving but honestly I dont even know how cravings feel. Like is it a sudden strong urge or just normal hunger? Curious to hear ur experiences.
im 7 weeks and the nausea is so bad yaar, mornings are the worst and sometimes after lunch too. nothing stays inside. how do u all manage this, any small tips that worked for you?
