I understand how heartbreaking a blocked tube diagnosis feels, but please know that IVF is a beautiful blessing that has helped so many of us become mothers. Take it one step at a time, you are stronger than you think.
Eat plenty of dal, eggs, milk, fruits, leafy veggies and dry fruits, that covers most needs. Avoid raw papaya, raw sprouts, unpasteurised stuff and too much caffeine. Wash and cook everything well and you are mostly sorted.
Yes blueberries are great, my pregnancy app always listed them as a superfood with antioxidants. I added them to oats and yogurt. Just wash them well before eating like all fruits.
