Oh no, does heartburn get even worse in the third trimester? I already have it sometimes now in my second. Are there any safe home tips you guys suggest?
I was also looking at my prescription card yesterday and wondering the same thing! So Gravida is for the current one, and Para is only for past births? That makes so much sense now.
Honestly, during my 8th month, I was working full-time and barely had energy to cook complex meals, so brinjal bharta was my quick go-to. It is fine to eat as long as you cook it thoroughly and don't eat it daily. Just keep it simple and balanced so you don't get gas issues.
Wait until your period is missed by at least a day or two. If you have any unusual symptoms like severe cramping or spotting, don't rely only on home tests and consult your doctor. But for a simple check, a home kit with morning pee is best.
I am planning my pregnancy now and keep reading about gut health, so curd seems like a great daily option. Did you guys have it daily or only with meals?
