I recently had a pelvic exam for a routine check-up with my gynecologist. My period is a bit late, and I'm wondering if the doctor would have been able to tell if I was pregnant during that exam. Can a pelvic exam detect pregnancy?

Since the 3rd trimester started my hands and fingers go numb and tingly, especially at night. Doc said its common in pregnancy but it really disturbs my sleep. Anyone found something that gives thoda relief? im 8 months now.
Just got my positive test, must be around 5 weeks. So far feeling totally normal, no nausea nothing. Is that okay or does the morning sickness start later? When did it hit you guys?
