Meri pregnancy chal rahi hai aur doctor ne ab tak kuch sonography karwayi hain. Mujhe jaanna hai ki generally poori pregnancy mein kitni sonography ya ultrasounds karwane hote hain?
I know raw papaya is usually advised against during pregnancy, but what about cooked papaya? My mom made a vegetable dish with ripe, cooked papaya, and I'm wondering if it's safe for me to eat it. Please share your thoughts.

I really love pineapple but my saas said dont eat it during pregnancy, miscarriage ho sakta hai. Im only 8 weeks so im scared now. Is this actually true ya just a myth? pls clear my doubt.
