I tested exactly 14 days after ovulation and got a very faint line, which made me so anxious at first! Did anyone else also get a super light line early on and panic? It is definitely best to wait for a missed period if you can.
I prefer natural ways to stay fit like morning walks in fresh air and light home stretching. Cycling on our bumpy roads can cause unwanted jerks which isn't good. If you ever experience any cramping or spotting, please stop everything and call your doctor immediately.
Beta, sleeping straight on your back after the fourth month is not good because the baby's weight presses on your back and veins. It can cause backache and bad digestion. If you feel uneasy or have gas, try drinking a cup of warm fennel tea before bed and sleep on your left side with a soft pillow.
Stay away? Honestly, you don't need to do that! Alternate days during the ovulation week is the sweet spot. Now in my third trimester, I can't even think about it, so enjoy this planning phase while you can!
Honestly, my sleep-deprived brain can barely remember yesterday, but I recall testing too early and wasting kits! Wait at least 14 days after sex, or better, wait till your missed period. Otherwise, you'll just keep squinting at invisible lines.
