Went for my first scan at around 6 weeks and the report mentioned fetal pole seen. I didnt understand matlab what exactly it is, was scared to ask the doc properly. Can someone explain in simple words?

Got a home test kit yesterday and im planning to do it early morning. Bit confused na, can i collect the urine and let it sit for some time or does it have to be fresh? Dont want a wrong result.
